Defective product :
Our customers have a period of two days on the date of receipt of the order to notify us of a problem on a product. Ordering determined defective by the manufacturer will be a repair or a full replacement.
May upon receipt of the product that the product is not completely the same as the picture of the product ordered. Due to the rapid development of technology products, suppliers are evolving their offerings and may stop producing their product to let new productions catalog. If this happens, we send our customers an equivalent product with the same characteristics. If the customer refuses the product, he will have to return it to its load on our premises.
The customer is responsible for checking the compliance of the package at the reception of the latter. If the package did not meet his request, the customer has a delay of two working days for re-ship us the package. A replacement product or a valid voucher on our online store will be available within seven working days after receipt of the return package.
If the color of the product received is not as ordered, please contact our customer service department to put in place the procedure of return and exchange of the product concerned. A replacement of the product will take place after receipt of the return package
To avoid any loss in the return package, we ask our customers to return the package only by a professional carrier (UPS - Fedex - DHL).
