Defective product :
Our customers have two working days from the date of receipt of the order to notify us of a possible problem with a product. Any order determined to be defective by the manufacturer will be repaired or fully replaced.
It may be upon receipt of the product that the product is not completely the same as the photo of the product ordered. Due to the rapid evolution of technological products, our suppliers are evolving their offers and may stop producing their product catalog to leave to new productions. If this happens, we send our customers an equivalent product with the same characteristics. If the customer refuses the product, he must return it to us at his expense in our premises.
The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the package upon receipt of the latter. If the package does not correspond to his request, the customer has two working days to send the package back to us. A replacement of the product or a voucher valid on our online store will be available within seven working days after receipt of the return package.
If the color of the product received is not the one ordered, please contact our customer service to set up the return and exchange procedure for the product concerned. A replacement of the product will take place after receipt of the return package.
To avoid any loss in return packages, we ask our customers to return the package to us only by a professional carrier (UPS - Fedex - DHL).
